Example: Pictorial gallery

Description

In this "orange" example, all elements that normally provide a boundary have been altered so that the background color of the HTML document blends into the slideshow area; creating a "floating" look. To accomplish this, the navigation gradient and outer stroke was removed, the navigation color was altered to match the HTML's background, and the slideshow imagery was downscaled 5% using the Director Large Image Settings parameter. This latter change allowed Director to generate images a little smaller than the overall content area dimensions. Finally, padding and a stroke was added to each image through the Content Frame parameters to give each image a framed look.

As for color, the preloader, navigation icons, and thumbnail containers were all changed to a matching orange color to blend with the slideshow content.
