I lost my login/password. Can you help?

On the login page is a "Forget your password?" field where you may retrieve your login via email.

I tried that, and no account was found. What's up?

Contact us with any purchase information you have, including email address used when purchasing, the approximate month/year you purchased, etc. We'll figure it out.

Why can't I post to the forums?

Access to the forums is offered only to those who have accounts. You receive immediate access to the forums after purchasing at least one product.

I built a cool site with SlideShowPro for Flash. Will you feature it?

Possibly. We're always looking for unique and/or beautiful implementations of SlideShowPro for Flash to link to in both our news section and our monthly email newsletter. If you'd like to submit your site for consideration, contact us.

Do you offer an affiliate program?
