Say hello (again) to Antonio

If you posted a thread in our user forums anytime recently, there’s a good chance Antonio Farias (a.k.a “afrmx”) replied to your query. Antonio has been a consistent presence in the forums; answering questions from fellow SlideShowPro users with information that’s always accurate, clear, and friendly. He’s been such a great help, as a matter of fact, that we’ve decided to add Antonio to our team.

Antonio will continue assisting other users in the forums, but with an even more consistent presence than before. He’s also tasked with setting up a new wiki for all of our help documentation (so there’s a single source for everything we offer, instead of spreading information across PDFs, the forums, etc). The wiki will also enable us to offer international translations of our help documentation; a frequent request from our non-English speaking customers.
